When my daughter was born I became obsessed with the desire to capture every detail of her in their simplest, truest form. I wanted to always remember the tiny wrinkles on her feet, her toothy little smile, and her bouncy messy curls. The words timeless, raw, and natural kept replaying in my heart. I didn’t want her competing with a background, I just simply wanted to capture her. My style for photographing children reflects that desire. I strive to capture them— heart and soul.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve had a multitude of moments since you became a parent when you stopped and wished, maybe even prayed, for time to stop. Unfortunately, the ever accelerating growth of our children is far beyond our control, but thankfully each phase has it’s own form of beauty, joy, and sweetness as you witness another layer of your child’s unique personality unfold. That’s why capturing this time—whatever time it may be—in your child’s life is more than worth it. My goal is to make each session as fun, relaxed, and natural as possible. We want to capture the essence of your child in their realest, rawest form, so all sessions are based around what they love to do best— play, snuggle, run, or even sleep. :)

Outdoor sessions are generally scheduled on Wednesday evenings, while studio sessions are available for booking on Tuesday or Thursday mornings/afternoons. There is very limited availability for sessions on Fridays, as well. Saturdays are reserved for weddings or extended family sessions only.

*Sessions including family are for up to 5 people. There is a $25 per person charge for additional people.
